- Activity data: steps, active calories, exercise minutes, stand hours, distance
- Nutrition and hydration data: food logs, macros, water intake
- Coaching check-ins related to hunger, energy, and adherence
- Health data from Apple Health with your permission

- Directly from you when you enter data or log activities
- From Apple Health when you enable Health permissions
- From your device sensors (such as step tracking)
