• Apple Health data is accessed only with your permission and is never sold.

This Privacy Policy explains how WalkMor ("WalkMor", "we", "us", or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is provided by Koi Ventures in Victoria, Australia.

Who This Applies To

WalkMor is available to users worldwide. The App is not intended for children under 13.

Information We Collect

• Account and contact info: email, password, user ID, display name
• Profile info: name, gender, height, current weight, goal weight, activity level
• Goals: calorie goal, macro targets, water goal, steps goal
• Nutrition logs: food entries, macros, meal type, timestamps
• User foods and meals: custom foods, recipes, and meal items
• Water logs: amount and date
• Weight logs: weight and date
• Activity logs: steps, calories, exercise minutes, stand hours, distance, date
• Coach check-ins: hunger, energy, adherence, recommendations, adjustments
• Device and usage data: device ID, diagnostics, and usage analytics
• Support communications you send to us

Apple Health Data

If you enable Apple Health, WalkMor can read and/or write health data with your permission.

• Reads: step count, active energy burned, exercise time, stand time, flights climbed, body mass, dietary energy, dietary water, walking/running distance, activity summary (rings)
• Writes: body mass, dietary energy consumed, dietary water

Apple Health data is used only to provide app features. We do not sell Apple Health data.

How We Use Information

• Provide core functionality (plans, goals, reminders, and progress tracking)
• Sync and personalize your experience
• Improve product performance and reliability
• Provide customer support
• Process subscriptions and manage access to paid features

Legal Basis (If Applicable)

If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis (such as the EEA or UK), we process your data based on: (1) your consent, (2) performance of a contract, and (3) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App.

Data Sharing

We do not share or sell your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored in Supabase (region to be confirmed). We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

• Withdraw consent for Apple Health at any time in iOS Settings

HIPAA

WalkMor is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not provide HIPAA-regulated services.
