• WalkMor is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Apple.
• Use of the App is at your own risk and subject to the limits below.

These Terms of Service govern your use of WalkMor ("WalkMor", "we", "us", or "the App") provided by Koi Ventures in Victoria, Australia. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

WalkMor is available to users worldwide and is not intended for children under 13.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it unlawfully.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App except as allowed by law.
• Do not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Subscriptions and Purchases

WalkMor offers free access with optional monthly or yearly subscriptions. Once a payment has been made, you may cancel your membership before the next renewal to avoid future charges. We do not offer refunds except as required by law and Apple App Store policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkMor and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App and this website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
